ElasticRank is a keyword rank tracking tool operated by RYTOV DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SP Z O. O., Stawowa 137A/14, 31-346 Krakow, Poland. These terms govern your use of our platform.

All content, features, and functionality remain our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you access, not ownership.

We pull ranking data from third-party sources. Results may differ based on location, device, or search personalization. While we aim for accuracy, SEO data is inherently variable - use it as one input among many for your business decisions.

Your Account

You need a valid email address to use ElasticRank. Keep your account secure - you're responsible for all activity under it. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Don't share, sell, or let others use your account.

Payments & Refunds

Credits you purchase never expire. Bonus or promotional credits may expire after 12 months.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime - your access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.

Chargebacks: Disputed payments will result in immediate account suspension.

Pricing & Currencies

All prices displayed on our website are shown in US Dollars (USD) for consistency. We offer localized pricing in select currencies with round numbers to simplify your purchase experience.

At checkout, if your local currency is supported, you'll see the adjusted local price. For unsupported currencies, the USD amount will be automatically converted by your payment provider at the current exchange rate. Local prices may not exactly match USD conversion rates as they are set independently.

You can view available currency options by clicking "View all currencies" on any subscription plan or credit package on the Credits page.

Acceptable Use

We trust you to use ElasticRank responsibly. Please don't:

• • Use the service for anything illegal
• • Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems
• • Share your account or resell access
• • Scrape or automate beyond normal usage

Breaking these rules may get your account terminated without refund.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep ElasticRank running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. Maintenance, provider issues, or technical problems happen sometimes. We won't refund credits for downtime.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments and Postmark for emails. When you use these services through us, their terms apply too. We can't be responsible if they have issues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If that happens, you lose access to your data. We keep deleted account data for 30 days, then it's permanently removed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll give you 30 days notice via email for significant changes. If you keep using ElasticRank after changes take effect, you're agreeing to the new terms.

Legal Stuff

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Krakow, Poland.
